TOP Our jewelry is made with the highest quality materials available. Our pieces are made with sterling silver components, Swarovski Crystals, Czech glass, pearls and handmade lampwork glass beads from amazing artisans.   Our creations are handmade using a variety of techniques including, wire wrapping, knotting and crimping to ensure the warranty of our jewelry. What is your Shipping Policy? TOP All items will be shipped out USPS. You will have the opportunity to select First class or Priority at checkout.  We try to ship items as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Custom orders will take longer. What is your return policy? TOP We want you to be delighted with your jewelry! If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return your piece for a full refund as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt. If you return it after that time period, we will gladly credit you for the full amount towards the purchase of another item.  How do I care for my jewelry? TOP   MER creations should be cleaned using a chamois cloth, simply rub the cloth over the jewelry and watch it sparkle. Perfume, hairspray, and all makeup should be applied before the jewelry is put on. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a sealed plastic bag. Do you accept custom orders? TOP I love to do custom work. Please email me to discuss your special design. I would like a piece of jewelry that is sold out, is it possible to get a duplicate? TOP Please ask me, often I have extra beads that I could design something similar or perhaps contact the bead artist to see if more beads in the particular design you requested are available. What if I want my jewelry to be re-sized? TOP If your jewelry piece needs to be adjusted in size, we will be happy to do that. You will have to return the piece before 14 days of receipt. There will be a $5.00 charge plus the cost of shipping for materials and time. The piece will be shipped out 3-5 business days after completion.
